STADEX® Dextrins enable expansion of the coating during baking or frying in batters and breadings. In bread doughs, dextrins are added to increase expansion of the dough during proofing and baking and thereby impact the texture of the final bread.
The STADEX® Dextrin line provides thickening at high solids with an associated mouthfeel similar to sugar in beverages and act as bulking materials in dry drink mixes. This line offers varying colour, viscosity, solubility, and solution stability.
