STA-TAPE™ Waxy Acid Modified Starch is an acid-modified, thin-boiling waxy starch used in gum and remoistenable adhesives. This is typically applied to packaging tape, which features a criss-cross pattern of fibre ‘strings’.
STA-TAPE™ Waxy Acid Modified Starch is made from renewable corn starch, and adheres extremely well – protecting package contents during transit. It provides a ‘security seal’ for your products, as it can’t be lifted and re-stuck.
