Developed at our Gemacom Tech laboratories in Brazil, each formula is tested and adapted for your specific product line, providing optimum results for your food and beverage portfolio. ESTABGEM® Stabiliser Systems are ideal for use in high quality powder mixes, such as in UHT milk, chocolate powder mix, modified powdered milk, cappuccino drink powder and in soft drinks. These systems can also be used in a variety of dairy, fruit preparations and processed meat and cheese products.
